Hi Jeanne,
Yes, I was up all night. I set my alarm each time for an hour just in case I fell asleep.
I have all kinds of muscle aches today. I'm glad Blue came back down to earth. Yesterday was weird.
You okay today? Anything exciting going on?

I just tested him and he's 463 +1 but I'll test again in an hour. He'll probably start heading down by then I hope.
Yes, very tired today and muscle aches from falling asleep the wrong way.
Blue seems fine. He marched on me awhile and got a good rubdown. Now he's taking a nap.

You and Noodle doing okay? Did you take her to the vet today?

O ther than releasing the bird Zoe just brought in ...nope ...so far so good here. You need to treat yourself with something yummy or fun. OR BOTH!

Got the Noodle to the vet OK. After the last cysto fail I did my level best to make sure there was something in the bladder this time. I succeeded. Unfortunately she peed at the vets before they could draw the sample from the bladder. :rolleyes: They managed to collect enough urine for testing purposes but I wish they weren't running the tests on a free-catch sample. I've no idea of the environment from which the pee was collected (it wasn't in her carrier). She's a bit of a dopey Dinah at the moment, waiting for the sedative to wear off. The vet nurse said she wasn't as arsey as she usually is today.

I think I've arrived: when I did the handover for Lúnasa this morning, the nurse said that the vet wanted to know which tests I wanted to order! :woot:

I agree. That’s not good since you are checking for infection. Hope they cleaned well.

He's our main vet. He's a really nice person, is approachable, has a genuine vocation for the work, and is very kind and caring to his patients. He's very collaborative in his professional approach. We occasionally disagree about stuff (usually anti-nausea meds!) but he's always open to proper discussions about treatment options, etc. What's not to like?

Patty, I'd suggest another test at +3.5 so you can see whether he might still be heading down.

I'm about to sign out (only online because I woke up to answer the call of nature :oops: ). I'm tagging @tiffmaxee and @Bron and Sheba (GA) to ask them to look in on you two if they're online.
