Add a teaspoon of syrup to his food and test in 20 minutes. He leaves quickly so you will need to do this several times most likely.
 
Ok he is at 3.3/59 now. I added 1/4 of tsp in his food because he had just eaten a lot. Will retest again in 20 and will add syrup again.
The 2.8/50 is very low for pet meter. 1.5U from now on?

It’s his third drop under 68 so yes a reduction has been earned. Congrats! You could even try 1.5S.
 
His PS are still very high so wondering what a reduction will lead to! We will see. He is still very unpredictable. I will test him in 40 min (40 min after last test).

You won’t know until you try. If it fails, you go right back up. I’d test in 30 as syrup can wear off quickly.
 
he is at 5.2/96. I had just fed him when I saw your message but a very little snack and tested him 10 min after so I am not sure it has influenced the test.
Can I stop testing him until PMPS? As for food, he has eaten his daily portion but I could cook more. He will sleep for a bit I think.
