Now she's 45 minutes late..been a half hour or so since I posted. I assume I skip since I can't get her to eat consistently...but if I shoot at all I need to do it soon.

I’m sorry no one got back to your sooner.
If you are stalling or wanting to know if you should shoot it would be better to put something like “ cat not eating, do I shoot” or need help with dosing” or something to alert people that you need help now.
Looking at the SS I see you gave a 1/2 dose. Has she eaten anything since for you.
I would be inclined to take her to the vet to get to the bottom of the twitches and the possible nausea.

It's 3am now and she has eaten little bits of baby food...but not a lot. Plan on calling the vet tomorrow.
