Don't give him food past + 3 and +4? Is that only at night? I guess I was afraid of him dropping into the too low numbers like he has in the past.

I see you're channelling your inner Moglet there, Elise. ;) Could have written that myself.

To emphasise, +1 and +2 tests are needed even if the preshot BG is sky high, because there look to be rumblings that Blue might be clearing bounces faster.

My take is that he metabolises his insuiln really fast and the key is to both slow the drop and also stop the drop in blues and yellows till his system gets used to numbers in those ranges.

Patty, try to think of the BG levels in terms of the path of a pendulum. If you raise the bob of the pendulum up high and then release it, it will have a big drop on the swing down but it will also have a lot of momentum and it will end up really high at the end of the swing. If you can slow the pendulum bob on the way down, it will lose energy and won't be able to get as high on the upswing.

I'm starting to understand but just when I think I do...I forget. :banghead:

I was thinking he was high and wouldn't drop that low, because he used to do down slow.
He always surprises me.
