My apologies for the late reply! I've been super busy since the morning.

Billo was high and flat all night, and today too. She has been eating well and is active, just her usual self. Today is her 7th cycle on 0.25u. The general trend on this dose has been high to mid 200s, so I'm assuming it will stay that way tonight as well. Taking that into consideration, should I increase to 0.5 at PMPS? Or should I hold the dose a little longer?

If you are following SLGS, you hold the dose a full 7 days, then decide if you need to change it. So three more days at 0.25 units.
