Good for increasing to 2.5u. With Marje, Henry is in VERY GOOD hands!!
Have a great day Robert!
Yes he doing the following behaviors eating, playing very much so, pooping normal and peeing is normal frequency. Ketones was negative 4 days ago will perform another test. Would not know Henry is sick lots of energyI just wish Henry would get with the program!
How is he doing, Robert? Ketones negative? Is he feeling ok, eating, playing, pooping and peeing normal?
Great! Thank you for the info.Yes he doing the following behaviors eating, playing very much so, pooping normal and peeing is normal frequency. Ketones was negative 4 days ago will perform another test. Would not know Henry is sick lots of energy
When he was under vet supervision Feb 2020 to May 2020 (Two BG curves were performed) What we are currently experiencing now with dosage increases and BG number associated with the increase insulin both the vet and ours are almost identical outcomes very parallel
One exception he had more 400's with Vet supervision. The previous curves under the VET supervision prior to May Curves I thought when is thing going to break into curve it was flat every time I was very frustrated but low and behold the dosage of 4.0 units the BG curve started to shape (Dropped 200 Points).
The dosage of 4 units still needed refining (fractional increases) to dial in the correct dose. So I will not be surprise we see between 3.5 and 4.0 units will break into a curve. Henry has lost 2.5Lbs (Maybe the dosage may not have to be as high of 4.0 due to weight reduction) since the (2) BG Curves in May. I think when Henry reaches 3.5 or possibly 4.0 the BG Curve will start taking shape and then it's a matter of tweaking the insulin to attained a good curve. When the dosages start approaching 3.5 or possibly 4.0 units I'm guessing we're almost there. I do believe we caught Henry FD early. He's just a large cat 23 inches long not counting length of his tail so I thought him being so large put up a large insulin resistant wall. He'll get with the program because I witnessed it starting at 4.0 units.
