Good Morning everyone!
Yesterday was an interesting day for us...Luci hit the beach, then the lagoon, and then back (as predicted) to her safe spot in the lemon tree.
I keep waiting for this dose increase to show her the way to stay in the lagoon for longer..so far, not so much action...however, at this point, this close to our 2-day drive to Florida, I'm not likely to increase again - we'll just have to wait this one out. Traveling + an increase is not how I'm going to be able to handle this lackluster showing of hers of late.
As for work - it's absolutely nuts - the planned vacation days are a distant memory - as I worked as much yesterday as usual...and today although I have planned an outing - lunch with friends, I have to rush home by 3 for - guess what - another work meeting! And I have to present this time...sheesh...
Hopefully after today things will calm down and I can focus on the things I need to be doing around here - gathering, sorting and packing - I can just see it now, I'll be up late on Friday throwing things into the car - hoping for the best! That's not my style - I like to be organized, know what's in every bag/box etc. and I like to know where everything is - check my lists - and feel like I've covered all the bases well before leaving...
Ah well...fingers and paws crossed tomorrow is a quieter day
