He was pretty active the last 30 mins and went outside to visit his grass. Came back and tested at 54. Feeding 2 tbsp of gastro wet (HC). Will test in 30 mins.

Rubbed honey on gums, fed 1/4 tsp honey, 3 tsp gravy and he is eating.

I know you're not so used to this with Cosmo. Sometimes with Butters when she goes low I have to use a lot of HC gravy and fight to keep her up for a while. Paws crossed he goes up on the next test.

Okay. Hopefully he is on his way up now. I have had Butters go as low as 27 on me but she never showed any sign of it. So nerve wracking!

You could do honey and some kibble pieces couldn't hurt. You'll have to test him for longer but it is still pretty early for you. I have a feeling you could be fighting him for a while longer. Prove me wrong, Cosmo. Come on. I hate being right.
