yesterday (pink morning cycle, with a slide into the lemons in the evening): https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB...-7-345-pmps-350-5-1-2-287-4-254-6-266.237071/

Barely popped back up above 300 at AMPS; let's see if some R can help bring him back down. Ketones are coming down, so that's good. But I noticed some back leg weakness/plantigrade stance last night, so I'd really like to get his numbers down more consistently. (Also ordered some methyl B12 for him.)

I hope the B-12 helps Oberon :bighug: & the ketones come down. It’s nice to see his BG was lower overnight and looks good this morning :). Hoping today you see that continue :bighug:

Pretty flat so far this morning, and he's getting a Lantus increase this evening so he won't be getting R then. Trying out a midcycle R boost to see if we can get his numbers down a little more.

Using R at the back end of the cycle, keeping numbers flat is a victory. I imagine his body wants to bounce from that long stretch of yellow last night. Good to see ketones down a bit.

Yep, I can only imagine what his numbers would have been doing without it. No R this evening, but Lantus increasing to 8 U. Hopefully that will also help keep it down.

Morning numbers for reference: +9 242, AMPS 311/3.0 (1.25 U of R), +2 295, +4 290, +6 316 (1.25 U R), +8 320, +10 310

Lantus dose bumped up to 8.0 U. He'll get his final Veraflox dose later tonight, too.

Also, ketones back down to 1.5, thanks to yesterday's yellows.

Nice to be done with the antibiotic :)! Happy the ketones came back down. I hope the 8u goes well.
