A great day for Cosmo yesterday on his 3rd consecutive day of mostly yellows!!! He had a sharp drop on the pm cycle, hit a mid blue and then bounced...and bounced some more He just isn’t ready for blues or the sharp drop startled his little liver into protection mode. Probably both.

He is a little grumbly this morning, understandably and hope he comes down soon without a bounce inducing dropsie.

This is the 7th day on this dose. I think you can increase again tomorrow, or when convenient for you. His numbers are improving as you increase.

We were just talking about it, and we have been thinking of taking another food change and eliminating MD kibble in favour of MD wet and lowering the carb intake a bit.

Here is what we are doing now:
AM preshot: 1/2 can MD wet
11/12: MD kibble/gastro kibble mix (about 1/8 cup of each)
If he is very hungry at 5-7 pm he gets 1 tbsp of MD wet (usually only on dropsie days)
PM: Same as AM

What we are thinking:
AM preshot: 1/4 can MD wet
11/12: 1/4 can MD wet with 1/16 cup of gastro kibble
5pm: 1/4 can MD wet
PM: same as AM

He has been doing really well megacolon wise without issue through a few food regimen changes.

What do you think? We would want to do the food change a few days (4-5?) before going up to 3.75.
