Pmps 189 do I give insulin

Ok so I just checked pmps and her sugar was 189. She is on Lantus 2units twice daily. Should I still give shot at 2 units, reduce dose or what?
 
I forgot I should have waited. Been going through a lot. And she was trying to eat cardboard so it slipped my mind to wait. Not sure what to do now!?!

I was going to ask you to stall and then test again to see if she was rising.

My best suggestion to you is to post a thread on the Lantus group's board. I'm about to sign off (in UK, have stinking cold) but there should be more members online there who'd be able to help you for longer this evening.

Is that OK for you?

Ok hope you get to feeling better. I will post in Lantus group. Yeah I am kicking myself in the butt for forgetting to stall first.
