I have been sick and I have no one to help with Buddy, my diabetic cat. I have 1 other cat who takes meds and 1 15 year old cat who lives in a large cage. I am trying to find someone who could come on a Saturday or Sunday to see the cats have their meds, most important Buddy his insulin, other meds, feed him and the other cats. I would pay whatever would be reasonable. My 98 year old Mother would be here until Monday when someone maybe whoever could help would get them to the vets for boarding. My Mother is unable to care for them.

Teresa, I hope you and your mum feel better soon. If this is a long-term illness, may I suggest that you contact the nearest rescue group if you can't find anyone who lives near you. You could always adopt them back when you are better. Boarding may be too expensive for so many cats with special needs.

No, this is a problem that I have had in the past but not for a while. Believe it or not where I live we only have a kill shelter that will always accept pets. I would be willing to go in debt to take care of my pets. I would only need help on the days my vet is not in and that would be Saturday after 12:00 pm and Sunday, maybe Monday morning then they could go to the vet.
