NO PROBLEM
Just go to the main health page forum under the dark blue banner all the way to your right, theres a "post new thread" box in light blue . Just click it.

Almost at the top of the page when you're on the forum (not in your thread) where you can see all of the posts, is a button titled, "Start a New Conversation." Click on that button and you will have a new subject line and text box.This will start a new thread.
