Hello, it's our 4th day on insulin. We're sooting AM dose at 138 this morning. Fingers crossed it's not too low to shoot. What intervals should we test him today to make sure he's safe.

Hi. Start with a +1 and+2. If either are going down you will need another test at +2.5 or 3. Add your tests to the title.

Get a +2. You are seeing a food bump. Lantus will kick in between +2 and +3.

Nice job with the testing Aliona! Looks like Mr. Sulls is on a bounce... he'll get used to those lower numbers once he spends more time there...and that bouncing will settle down
