Thank you @Tracey&Jones (GA) for the information on how to handle low numbers, and I'm considering your suggestions @Panic and @tiffmaxee for the TR method. I'm going to familiarize myself with TR today and see if I can make the switch, but I want to make sure I feel confident with the knowledge first. Thank you guys!

Billo was in the greens all night, I was checking her frequently. She's doing well this morning and I'm hoping for a smooth day :)
 
I think she would do great if you switched, she's doing great as-is. In fact she's rushing down the dose so fast you're practically already using TR. :p

Any reason we didn't reduce from that 46 last night? Was it because you shot lower PMPS?

That gives me reassurance lol! thank you! Yeah I didn't reduce this morning because I shot lower at PMPS, do you think I should reduce it for this evening because of that 46?
 
Hmmm that's a good question. She did earn a reduction right before that cycle. Might have to ask Elise on that one. I don't think back-to-back reductions usually stick.

That's what I was concerned about too. Because I had just given her 1.25u and I felt as though the 46 was an outlier and it was way too soon for another reduction
 
Her PMPS this evening is 261, it was 261 at +6 too. She was at 231 a couple days ago, but the last time she was above 250 was on the 12th of September. Do you guys think this is as expected/odd/etc, what are your thoughts?
 
Yeah that's true! I'm starting to notice this trend with Billo, she bounces, but only into the 200s, after a dose reduction for a few days before she drops in the greens again
 
I noticed too how she bounces up (not bad though) kind of levels at a higher zone then she drops again. She did it on the 17/18th and again on the 21/22. She is on a mission for sure. She likes Lantus.
