My boy is pretty much staying in the PINK. I am watching and waiting for him to take a nose dive.
Today, I will test at +3 and +6. One good thing is he is very happy, and he looks really good. He is a tripod, so he is not as mobile as my four legged kitties, but today he went right up stairs and onto our bed. He then went to the bathroom and jumped up on the vanity.
Hoping he breaks out of PINK, and falls into YELLOW.

I was reading how the California fires are effecting so many people. Some of the people are members of FDMB. Please keep them in your prayers.

+8 = 150
Should I feed more 9% or wait to see if he naturally increases due to Lantus wearing off?

Definitely. You want two tests an hour apart without food. Looks like a nice surf but we know Gideon.

OK, will test at +9 with no more food. He is out cold. All the kitties are. It is raining like a monsoon.

+9 = 205

I was freezing today, and brought out a winter fleece.
So, since he is in the YELLOW, should I let Gideon be and not test until PMPS?

Nice job today you guys! Looks like Gideon Blue is on his way back up to relax in the lemon tree...or maybe even a little higher...looks like bounce time.

Have a great evening!

Oh no...you think he will continue to bounce?

Well....let's think about how bounces work for a moment - there's a low number - his liver is going to respond.:bookworm: What kind of numbers would you anticipate he will have after going low today?

I'm just kinda looking back at his pattern....he goes down...and then he bounces - pretty hard - it's a normal response.

It takes time for these kitties to slow that down...and I'm just thinking out loud when I say that...but that's what I'm thinking will happen...

Let's see what Gideon has in store for us later? :cat::cat: He is after all in charge here ... although we like to think we are. :bighug:

I think he is very hard to predict. Since he didn't get into the GREEN today, I was hoping he wouldn't bounce extremely high tonight. Thank you all.

I was kinda looking back up at the days where he hit some blue mid-cycle and then hit the blacks later in the evening. Just try to ride it out...

He'll stop bouncing so hard when he's good an ready :)
