I was wondering about that. I figured my vet would probably increase her at her appointment next week if her numbers stayed consistently in the 200’s like they have been.......
She’s doing awesome regardless, but I’m guessing her numbers should still be lower.

Today was also the first time that I’m not sure if I got all her insulin in. She jerked away really quickly as I was depressing the plunger. Her fur didn’t feel wet but it’s such a small amount of insulin that I doubt i would really be able to tell if it didn’t all go in. ‍♀️
 
Did you try the smell test? Every time I thought I gave a fur shot I was wrong! Somebody here thought the same the other day but also was wrong. Lol.

I didn’t! I’d also never heard of that. I figure I’m not supposed to dose her again anyway if I’m ever not sure if she got her shot or not so I just made sure she got an extra low carb food for breakfast and went to work........
