8/10: Nova--late shot..resetting sched. (pmps@ 10.5 189)

I've been having some not-so-good days lately, and I completely left my routine and forgot about Nova's shot this evening. (Shi$&!!!) SO not normal no matter whatever kind of day I'm having.

Anyway..no worries, I am working from home tomorrow and will be able to adjust the dose time accordingly for the next cycles....I was thinking about moving it from (test @ 5:30-55am-food @ 6:00 am, shot b@ 6:20-30) to later anyway...seems I like to sleep until close to 6am these days. The cats will get over it.

yep..SO true..there was a barf downstairs tonite.....dont know who....planning on going back to bed after amps and food tomorrow am ---i so need it for the re-set.
