I found this info on a cat food database...does the 10% carbs mean it's okay? I don't know about phosphorous. I searched the fb page and it says it shouldn't be over 250...but is that hard to find? I have to do limited ingredient because of food allergy trial.

    NATURAL BALANCE - Limited Ingredient Chicken & Green Pea canned |protein 34| fat 56 | carbs 10 | phos 319

Having a hard time finding something Sissy will eat and just found this food in the closet. Thought I might try it if it is. I think it is, but wanted to make sure.

Yes, it's a little higher than perfect, but it's more important that you find something she can eat without causing her problems.

Koha has several types of LID foods too

    What Chris said.

When managing multiple conditions sometimes it is necessary and appropriate to adjust insulin dosing around other diets and treatments the cat needs to be well and happy.

When dealing with multiple issues you sometimes have to work around things and unless she has kidney problems I think you do not need to worry so much about phosphorus and 319 may not be ideal but is not so bad either provided your cat doesn't have kidney problems

As far as I know, she doesn't have any kidney issues. I tried feeding it to her, she won't eat it anyway. :/

Since she doesn't have any kidney issues try and find some food that she can eat and that she actually eats that doesn't cause any problem with her allergies and as lower in carbs as you can to keep her diabetes under control and if it happens to be low in phosphorus even better but I think that shouldn't be an issue for you right now (lucky you;) )
