Lowest PMPS to date. What to dose?

I was out all day, so only got Jaspers PS numbers today. He got 261 just now. Is the cut off 250 for Novolin? Should I still give him 2 units tonight or skip?

Retested at 329 so gave him his dose.

Sorry I don’t know much about Novolin but in the future if you have a timely dose question, pick the ? mark from the drop down menu and start the thread with “help” also helps to put the BG number and the time like 69 @+11. And I’d also post on the Novolin forum in addition to this you as you mean get more eyes on it

Was the 329 with or without food?
If you get another number you are unsure about, stall, don’t feed and test again 20 mins later to see if BG is rising. Post and ask for help.

Today I would get a +1 and a +2 to see if the BG is dropping. I would also test until nadir.
Looking at your SS I can see a lot of red and black AMPS. That tells me that Jasper is probably dropping lower over night and bouncing in the morning. you are getting a +2 at night which is great but when the +2 is quite a bit lower than the Preshot you need to test again a bit later to see how low the BG is going.

Are you giving food during the cycle as well as before the shot?
How long do you wait after food to give the Novolin?

329 after food tonight. I usually wait 45min - 1hr depending on time so I don't get way off. Just got 253 at +1. He seems fine. I'll retest at +2 or before I go to bed. I usually leave a little dry through the night in case he gets hungry. Usually gone by morning.
