? ASAP Dose question - 6/27 Chandler - PMPS 93, RT +12 84, RT +12.5 89, +1 108

He’s been steadily dropping all day, but now his PMPS is 93. Haven’t shot green yet so I am nervous. Do I stall, give normal dose with medium-high carb food, or skip altogether??

Yes, following TR (or trying to at least).

I am around to test as needed. I’m sorry, not fully familiar with all the lingo yet - what is a BCS dose?

Big chicken. Since he was DKA I’d shoot either a half dose if fearful or else a full dose. If you shoot you need to get a +1 and +2. What do you think?

Gave him normal food + 2 tsp MC 12% food & shot the normal dose. Will test each hour as long as necessary.
