6/24 kit relion. AMPS 225, +2 216, +4 178, +6 219, PMPS 225, +2.5 211, +4.5 260 and TR?

continuing on yesterday's questions about TR (and testing my reading comprehension :)

if we were following TR currently,
we'd be tracking to this option under

increasing the dose
    • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
yes?

Kit is not brand new to blue, she has seen it on the previous dose too. I used to decide how long to hold the blues based on where the blue was. If it was upper blues, I wouldn’t hold as long as for lower blues. Given this is only the third cycle at this dose, there might yet be more blues to be seen before you have to decide if it’s time to increase,

ah, thanks for those notes.
we weren't thinking to increase super soon.
we're mostly trying to decide if we should switch to TR and if we did, what that would mean in terms of dose changes
we understand that our new immediate decrease number would be 50, but the other parts of the protocol still confuse us a bit.

so since kit isn't new to blue, then we'd be looking at this part of the TR protocol
Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
yes?
also, is there no need to do explicit curve in TR bc you are testing more, or?

tia ^jw

Correct, no need to do a specific curve since you have enough data to tell you how low the dose is taking the cat. Occasional curves can be handy to figure out onset’s, nadirs and duration, if you don't know them already.
