Something weird is going on
+2 PMPS Mauers numbers are rising but at AMPS she's lower, how can that be?

Today she's spilling sugar in her urine about 30 minutes after her shot. No other symptoms.

Stress is higher than usual
I'm moving on friday and I've been packing and moving most of my things, no furniture yet.
Today I'm going to the vet to send my Daisy guinea pig over the rainbow bridge. She lost her friend in Saturday to a brain bleed. It all went down in 22 minutes from the changed behavior till she was gone.
And later today I have a showing on my apartment. So lots of stress.

Mauer is in the pink and yellow witch is..not that great. However, its temporary. Would it make sense to rise her dose?
I'm busy and I won't get reliable readings due to stress, and won't be able to test closely the next few days. So in my mind, it makes no sense to rise dosage on a temporary stress level. Or am I wrong?
Rather high for a day, than low for a minute, right?
Who ever said that need a prize!

Everything is up in the air and I'm stressed out. My stress is affecting Mauer a great deal. I need to sleep a whole weekend!

Hope you all are safe!:bighug:

I am not a Prozinc user and I think with all the stress of moving and with everything else I would just hold the dose until you have moved.

Is Daisy sick now too? Is that why she is going over the rainbow bridge?

I am sure I have a bordetella infection in my guinea pigs, and I can't infect more. Everyone and that's 7 in total, has had something with their airways. And its not fair to let her go alone when she's used to having friends. She's gone now. Peacefully thank God.
What a crappy day. She was the most loving and caring piggy. It was the right thing to do but it hurts :(

I'm sitting in my car in front of a beautiful tree, like I've done every time I've said goodbye. I don't want to go home to an empty cage..

If it wasn't for Mauer I'd be here all day.

My sincere condolences on the loss of your little piggy Daisy. sigh...You did the right thing. Your stress is spilling onto your keyboard/device...I feel it it in your words. My best advice for stress is DONT FORGET TO BREATHE.
Again I am so sorry for your loss.:bighug:

I’m so sorry for your loss but it sounds like Daisy is in peace now and she’ll always watch over you and her family :rb_icon:

I get the stress. Try to find something even for a few minutes once a day that helps you get centered. Sometimes brushing my cats and syncing my breathing with theirs really helps :cat:

Its literally all over the place!
Today it's the house rabbit Carl, who wants to eat but doesn't, and no poops. So another trip to the vet.
Depending on the problem I might not get him home either. I'm so done.
Yesterday evening I was crawling the floor to get Carl with a migraine. I've done what I can for him at home.
And Mauer just made a poop gliding her butt over the floor with a tiny bit of blood on the poop.
I'm seconds away from a breakdown

I hope Carl is OK.
Maulers BG are much the same. The 409 is only just in the reds.
He does need an increase but I’d wait until you are settled after Friday.
The tiny bit of blood in the poop may be nothing at all.
You must try and take some deep breaths and try and relax.
You are just super stressed with all that is happening this week and everything always seems worse.

Now I had a quite lower AMPS than usual?
I am relaxed. Just not mentally...and yet there's nothing I can do about it.

Sasha, I am not an expert but I wanted to share that a little blood in the poop has never turned out to be an issue for us <3 it terrified me before but several of my kitties have had it at different points. It has always ended up being from a little bit of strain or something they ate. I hope that can help at least a little.

Thanks! She seems totally fine. So maybe it was a hard delivery lol
But thank you so much!
