can't access my spreadsheet

I can't access my spreadsheet to update it. It said my permissions have changed and I can only view it. I messaged @Marje and Gracie I think she helped me in the past. Was there some issues with the SS that I maybe missed? Or is something wrong with mine? I'm super stressed over it as I have information since Sept on there. I hope someone can help me
