No rest for the weary...I am back to full-time at the office, it's getting to our busy season for our albacore fishers on the west coast. Nova did not eat much this morning, less than half of her usual. I guess it could be because of 2 small snacks (1/2 of usual) last night, or because of the bounce, or just because she's getting closer to being regulated. I dunno, she's a cat. Not too awful concerned...what food she had should keep her steady, or raise her a bit, without any sharp drops (i hope)

Have a great day!

Oh, OK. I did hesitate a little bit, because although I haven't been following along closely with Nova recently I had a feeling that was the case. But, in these situations I'd always rather recommend too many carbs than too little!

Don't ever hesitate with me, please, I can use all the help I can get. These numbers are all new to me. Thank you, again!

61 @ 6.7. My boss is cool if I stay here and work untill I feel she is stabilized. Looking good so far, but we are not out of the woods yet. Poor baby got poked nearly every hour last night and now will get one every half hour this afternoon.

Should I feed her more or wait?

Looks like another reduction coming your way. Good catch! Trust your heart palps.

For the record, the reason we prefer not to use dry to bring them up is not because it takes longer to take effect (it doesn't), but rather that it lasts longer in the system.

Probably time for that next test? If still nice and green, you can do a tsp or two of LC to help her keep her surf on.

I'd wait-- let's see if she can hold this on her own.

poor ears!
Man! She sure is taking it slow....so much for carb sensitive today! Usually she zooms right up (as you can see from her +1-3s am/pm). I guess she just wants to keep me guessing. I know these are good healing numbers, but I cannot settle down.

So, I guess she rather boldly demanded another reducie today...question is... .25 or .5?

Wow, Wendy, sorry I missed you post...was working. The dry HC was literally 2 little nuggets left over from her nephew. Nova is sleeping comfortably in her spot on the couch, I will rouse her with some more food--Lc of course--as you said to keep her surfing safely.

Gotta admit, I'm a bit scared...She didn't eat her usual amount again this evening. .....hopefully the +1-2 will ease my worries.

Nova laid around all afternoon when I was home---except for when she was begging for food at first---and was in the same position when I got back from the office. Before her shot I got in some lovin' and her motor was running on high power. I guess she feels OK, tired, but OK.
