24/5 Monkey AMPS 232

Hi Peter,
I would give the 2 units as long as you can test all cycle.
Get a +1 and a +2 to start with.. You will have to keep testing during the cycle.
Keep the SS up to date please.

Will you have enough test strips for the next few days as well if you use a lot today?
Please get one test in during each cycle for PenPen.

@Bron and Sheba (GA) @Nan & Amber (GA) @jt and trouble (GA)

It is sure that I am running around in the house, because he meows me to carry him to pee, drink pouring water, eat food, and sometimes meows me for unknown reason:rolleyes:. He had never been that reliant and attached to human, especially compare to my other three cat. (I think it is because my family like his siblings more and interact less when he was a baby cat) My intuition tells me that he lacks of sense of security and want me to be around him, also he enjoys being the center of attention and have his needs satisfied by me.

What is amazing is Monkey develops some new behaviors that have never been shown in his life. Such as having his forehead press against my petting hand, obviously enjoying scratches, look at me for a prolonged time, even his purring sound change. At the same time I afraid that I will get him too used to having people bring him to pee.

Monkey is dependent on you because he knows youre trying to help him. His new head butt is adorable but new purring? Does this worry anyone?

A lot of us have found that we develop an extra-strong bond with our sugar kitties. Seems like Monkey really likes that aspect of FD!!!!

Dunno about new purring, @jt and trouble (GA) -- what are you thinking? I can imagine some possible problems but they seem really low probability to me (so I won't even mention them, Peter has enough to worry about ;)). Am I missing something?

When my Waldo was diagnosed with RCM his purring changed thats all. I dont think Monkey has heart issues so I was asking just in case.
I agree Peter has his hands full. Sorry Peter if I stress you out.

It is all fine Jeanne. Your experience is valuable to me. Actually I am the kind of person that always want to know the worse possibility and know all the ways that things could go horribly wrong:cool:. Also, thanks Nan for relieving my stress. You people are angels.

Regarding to purring, at this moment I would not be too worried. I speculate that his new purring sound is due to he is enjoying a new kind of affection. I hear his new purring only when I see he is enjoying my care much. Hope I am not missing something, I will look after him closely:cat:
