Thanks for asking It's feeling better but I think I need to do some exercise so it doesn't get stiff. I notice I've been holding my arm closer to my body & I should be trying to use that arm more naturally. I've started to lift some light weights. I'm hoping it will help.

I hope your shoulder continues to improve...keep doing those gentle exercises to keep things moving. It takes a long time to get over those things.

When it happened to me, I had daily exercices to do to make sure shoulder keeps moving well!
