If you are following SLGS as your dosing method, you hold each dose for a period of 7 days. So still a couple more days to go. At that point, I would go to 6.5 units. I think the lower numbers you got at 6.5 units previously were from the depot of the 7.0 unit dose. Plus he hasn't even shown any blues at 6 units.

If you do want to increase the dose sooner, you should think about whether you want to switch to the TR protocol as your dosing method. You are able to do quite a good job testing, which would keep Ramone safe.

I'm thinking I want to do 6.5 units tonight.. I would say I would follow TR except I'm not sure how long I will be able to test this much for... Depending on my work location because I am currently working from home due to the virus. Can I go TR for now and then when I do end up going back to work go back to SLGS or do you pick with one and stick with it?

I am really hoping that before I go back to work I have him somewhat regulated as it seems I was sort of close to it...
 
You can always switch to TR while you can test like you are now, then switch back later. You aren't locked into a dosing method. I see you did 6.5 units tonight, that's fine.

updated signature. yes lets give 6.5 a go and hope to get some blues and greens!!! and so now with TR hold dose for 3 full cycles and based on nadirs you increase/decrease.

I really hope this dose will be where we need to be....
