I’ve ordered from Mark’s Marine previously and have had great experiences. Unfortunately they don’t have Lantus as it is in short supply right now. Does anyone have another pharmacy recommendation?

They are substituting Basaglar for Lantus....they are both Glargine insulin. Basaglar is what they call a bio-similar....has the same active ingredient.

When Basaglar first came out, I was asked to test it on China. Most people thought I was nuts because she was so tightly regulated and doing great on Lantus, but I figured that she'd actually be perfect...because if it was going to act differently, it would show in her numbers.

Once the depot was established, it worked pretty much exactly the same as Lantus did.
 
@Red & Rover (GA) Yes I agree thought she might be interested in the 1/31/2021 pens
Just in case these would get to her sooner than the Basaglar would
Price is kind of awfully high, I would offer her a price if SammieCat was interested
Just remembered Kel that you helped me out once when Tyler was on vetsulin and helped Beth out at the same time. You offered us some goodies, I'll post the pic @Red & Rover (GA)

Marks Marine suggested that to me so I emailed the vet to see if they would be on with that. She hasn’t been super regulated on Lantus so maybe the change would be helpful.

Thank you. I have a three month supply left at the moment, but am planning ahead before the high temperatures come and I’m not able to have it shipped here.
