Good morning. We are back in the pinks again. Is this a bounce from his nice yellows the last few days? Moe’s appetite is good this morning, he came to his spot for breakfast (everyone has an “assigned seat”) after I tested his glucose. That’s the first time in several days that I haven’t had to coax him or deliver his bowl to him.

I'm not thinking that this classifies as a bounce as much as it does just a need for more insulin. Let's hope things work out tomorrow and you can go ahead with the increase after that. If he's like a lot of other kitties his numbers will soar from the stress of the whole vetty adventure.

Best of luck tomorrow...fingers and paws crossed!

Have a great day Erin!

229 at +9. I’m cleaning my upstairs guest room today (i.e. the repository for everything that needs to hide “temporarily”). Took a bag of trash downstairs and came back to find Moe prowling around in here. The door is usually closed so it’s always a new and exciting space anyway, but he’s been hiding out in my closet downstairs all day, so I was pleasantly surprised to find him up here.

Hopefully there isn’t any contraband in that bag!

Sending good vetty vines for tomorrow. :bighug: What were the vet’s instructions on feeding and shots.

Thanks! He jumped on the bed and hung out with me for a few minutes, and then I realized I was past due serving his afternoon snack. :woot:

Vet said no food after 10:00 pm tonight, no insulin in the morning. I am to bring his insulin and some syringes with me when I drop him off and they will monitor and administer insulin if needed while he’s there.
