Hello!

Happy to say his appetite seems better since stopped amoxicillin.

But now im wondering what's happening with his ugly preshots. I know I have to be patient. I just don't understand how a week ago 0.75u was bringing him into hypo range and now its barely bringing him into nice numbers during the day.

First if all, you should be holding doses at least 6 cycles with nadirs under 300. You only held the 0.5 units for 5 cycles before increasing. And you were seeing blue nadirs and missed testing the night of 6th, and 7th. The tight regulation protocol is an aggressive protocol, but it has safety factors built in.
