I was wondering if this group could lend us a paw once again.
We have been holding a one drop dose for 6 days. We skipped last nights dose due to a low PMPS and her bg kept dropping after a 30 min stall. Today during Bear's nadir she dropped pretty low.
Her head started trembling which has happened before she went hypo in the past. I fed her and kept monitoring and she has recovered well. However I'm wondering if it's time to do needle juice now? I was planning on doing a curve for this dose on Monday to make the decision but now I am afraid to give her any insulin after yet another hypo scare.

Last night's drop after a stall could either have been a drop because of no food, or the Lantus double dip - where they do a second mini curve at the end of the cycle, but not as low as the main cycle. Her number this morning shows she still needs a little insulin support. You can always try the smaller dose and see what happens, and increase if you need to.

Thank you for your help Wendy!
I decided to go with the .05u or "needle juice" dose last night
I tested her at +2 and she was 140.
When would it be the right time to decide if/when she will need to go back to .10u ?

Since you are using the AT, if you are starting to see no green numbers and the blue numbers are drifting above mid blues. Could you put that 140 at +2 into the spreadsheet?
Done and done! Thank you again.
I tested her before I left the house just now and she was 87. I left out food for her and my mother is home with her. She has seen her tremors when shes been hypo and knows to rub honey on her gums so I'm hoping all goes well. How are her numbers looking today so far?
