? Moe: is it time to increase dose?

I increased Moe’s dose from 0.5 to 0.75 three days ago. Tonight’s shot will be the sixth at 0.75. His BG isn’t really improving, though I did see one yellow yesterday. I suspect there were some pinks today but since I went back to work today I didn’t get to test.

I’m following the TR protocol and I want to increase his dose. Should I wait until the weekend when I can test more often or go ahead and increase to 1.0 with tomorrow morning’s dose? I worry about him being so high for so long.

Hi Erin!

I'm surprised nobody has come to give you advice. Looking at your spreadsheet I'd personally say Moe has certainly earned an increase, BUT, that said . . . I'm not one to give dosing advice

Changed my mind and went ahead with the increase to 1.0 this morning. I’ll test before I leave for work.

At the numbers he's throwing at you, I wouldn't be nervous honestly. He's got to start workin' that insulin for you
