Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 2:00 A.M. On Saturday night, set your clocks forward one hour (i.e., losing one hour) to “spring ahead

I'm using Lantus and live in New Jersey EST
I saw the directions on how to do this , sorry didn't understand it, guess I'm not that bright when it comes to this

Would some one please tell me how to do this in 15 minutes increments I would truly appreciate it and 30 minute increments

I'll tell you my shooting times for Tyler
I shoot at 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM
Thanks so much

@Wendy&Neko Hi Wendy tell me if this is correct

My regular time is 8:30. Eastern standard time

Friday AMPS I would shoot at 8:30
Friday PMPS I would shoot at 8:00
Saturday AMPS I would shoot at 8:00
Saturday PMPS I would shoot at 7:30 then I would set my clock ahead over night
Sunday AMPS I would shoot at 8:30 and am back on schedule

Is this correct @Wendy&Neko

This is what
I found this on the forum so I just put in my times , wondering
If I did it right. Here's what I found

For some of us Saturday night we will be setting our clocks ahead one hour for Day Light Savings time.

You can move your shot times by 30 minutes to compensate for the change

Example: regular time is 7:00

Friday AMPS at 7:00
Friday PMPS at 6:30
Saturday AMPS at 6:30
Saturday PMPS at 6:00 (set your clock ahead overnight)
Sunday AMPS at 7:00 and you are back on schedule.

Buzzy looks like a big boy, just like my Tyler, he's very handsome and looks like he's doing very well

12 pounds skinny (and I mean that...we're trying to get him to maintain this weight lol) :)
And thanks - we're trying lol.
I hope to be progressed as far as you guys someday...Such a pretty green sheet you have!

So glad you brought the time change up. I forgot all about it. I'd remember Sunday morning, lol. Now I have to write it down so I remember what to do on Friday & Saturday.

I know I'm going to put it on the fridge in big letters lol, I'm usually up very late, just have to remember to set the alarm on my cell phone

I must sleep like a LOG because I have literally TWO alarm clocks to wake me in the morning! I've slept right through alarms on my phone and my iPad. Lucky for me though, none of my cats are the type to claw at my head to feed them! LOL

Yes. The 15 minutes schedule would be:
Friday PMPS 8:30 - usual schedule
Saturday AMPS 8:15
Saturday PMPS 8:00 PM
Sunday AMPS 8:45 AM (formerly 7:45)
Sunday PMPS 8:30 PM, back on schedule

Or you can start moving back Friday night at 8:15 and be on time for Sunday morning. Personally, I am a big fan of weekend schedules that let me sleep in, just a bit. ;)

I'm like you I can sleep through an earthquake, I just shut the alarms off and say just 5 more minutes, that doesn't work out
