I agee with all that @Veronica & Babu-chiri is saying... the kidney values could be worse at the moment following the recent illness, but may improve once she gets better. Seeing some previous results would be very helpful. We have seen this happen before here on the forum.
I would also not rush into a phosphorus binder until you know if the kidneys have actually got worse, or are temporarily worse following the illness. Her phosphorus levels are within normal limits at the moment and should not need the binder.
I would ask for a repeat blood tests in a few weeks to see if they have improved.
As Veronica says, SubQ fluids may help bring the kidney levels down.
I also used cooked egg white for Sheba who had early kidney issues. Here is a useful link

With the recent ketones it is extremely important that Mum eats plenty, so at this point give her whatever she will eat. Food helps stop ketones from forming. Also really important that the insulin is given and plenty of fluids.
Are you testing the urine for ketones daily? It is really important you do this with a recent ketones illness.
