Good morning,

We're still just under two hours away from his shot due to us being so behind, but would somebody please take a look at his ss and tell me if I should stay with the 1.25u or drop back down to 1.0u?

My gut says to stick with the 1.25 but after two nights of late night testing :( I just don't trust my gut anymore . . .

Figured I'd post early so it would give time for some eyes on the thread.

Thank you (oh, and yes, I have to work today)

Good morning, those blues and greens are awful pretty, I would probably leave it at 1.25 but I do see a 40 and you did a 1u that night, technically he earned a reduction but you took him back to 1,25 the next morning, I would leave as is but it he gets another lime green I would back it down to 1u, others will weigh in

Could you please put a note in your signature regarding which dosing method you're using? It really makes a difference with respect to how long doses are held and what the threshold for a reduction is.

Thank you, yes, I was torn. I'd posted but had to shoot before I could get an replies. He's already had ketones so my fear is dealing with those again, versus a hypo. I appreciate the info :)

Jonesy is looking really good. With that 40 you should have reduced the dose since he is a newly diagnosed diabetic. The reduction number is below 50. I'd take the reduction since he got back to green last night. I'd go with 1.0 units this morning.
Thank you! We're still a half hour away, but I'll take him back down to 1.0 u.

Thank you everyone! MUCH appreciate the help!
