Had several errands today but I think I might put some off, will go get Andy's cat food and help a friend out with her cats but she will be back tomorrow

Does anyone know how long it takes before I will notice any difference with B12

I'm sure Bella is just missing Miss Luci and has joined her in the lemon nest for a little visit! I mean after all, she won't go visit him in the lagoon lately (mostly because her beans have been too sick to help her get there and do some safe surfing)...it's always our fault, right?

What are 'strands'....? whatever they are...good luck with them or putting them off...

how long it takes before I will notice any difference with B12

What is he getting B12 for? Ravan was getting a shot of B-12 once a week for nearly a year. I didn't see any difference at all! I stopped giving it to him a month ago. He's getting poked enough with the insulin shots!
