Fellow canuck I'm honestly just too overwhelmed with all that goes into buying and selling my house, and there are a LOT of conditions (on both sides) so nothing is written in stone yet. There is major foundation work to be done . . . So, if I end up losing it? I won't be absolutely heartbroken. Sad yes, but heartbroken, no. Feeling too overwhelmed to be heartbroken heehee
