Morning all,

Not much to comment on this morning. Jonesy is currently scarfing down his first FF meal of the day ;)

I'll be out pretty much the whole day with assorted appointments. I'm going to be putting an offer on a smaller house, that needs a LOT of work, but it's potentially super cute, and will be a mortgage I can afford going forward. Which also means, I need to get my house listed! *face palm* There is never enough time in the day . . .

Is your SS up to date? Judging by your post from yesterday, looks like you gave a shot.

Were you able to get a test in after PMPS?

I know PMPS was high yesterday but sometimes cats do miraculous things and come way down suddenly (called diving). Ming loves to do that and we really put importance on testing before bed so you know kitty is safe. When you’re testing PS, that’s usually when the last dose of insulin is waning. You want to know if the dose you’re giving is going to create action and a before bed test should tell you that.

Yes, spreadsheet is current. (Just added the 1u, sorry 'bout that) Just feeding him now and will give one unit, but I'm wondering if I should be bumping it up by a 1/4u soon?

I'm TOTALLY stressed out as I just came home after spending two hours with a real estate agent and my other cat may be sick :( Sometimes, I swear, that saying "that which doesn't kill you makes you stronger"? Yeah, I'm strong enough God, I'm good, thanks but no thanks. . . . :(

Well, it is now more than 3 hours after my usual "go to bed" time, just got home from the emergency vet with my civvie, Vinnie. Thankfully, it is "only" a urinary infection. I say only as I was afraid it was a blockage again. But I'm exhausted and it's gonna be a long day tomorrow.

Jonesy has dipped all the way down to a lovely green 76, he's eating another bowl of FF right now.

I have to get some sleep . . . oh, and my offer to purchase (with conditions) was accepted by the seller, but this day has been such a sh*t show that I can't even be happy about it . . .
 
I'm sorry about Vinnie. You can give d-mannosse to help get rid of the UTI along with an AB. It binds to the bacteria and removes it from the body. I buy capsules and break it up into 3 smaller capsules. Or you can also buy it loose and add 1/4 tsp in the food a couple times a day. Sending prayers.

Thank you Carla, yes, it had been a trying day :( What is an "AB"? I'll have to see if I can get d-mannosse locally, if not, will order online.
