Morning!

Monday, huh? Its a balmy -10C today so I am actually looking forward to the weather. Mowgli is having a nice start at the beach today.

Do you think he needs a nudge up or should I leave him at 0.75u for a couple more cycles? he has given me a few nice green days on 0.75u lately.

It's crazy to look forward to -10 but I get it, I hope that -30 stuff doesn't come this way!! :nailbiting:
Mowgs is looking good, I wonder if he went for a little swim last night and this morning's lemon is a mini bounce?

I usually wait after seeing green on TR, three days until I increase. But that's just me - let's see what he can do with this dose. I agree with Carla...easy does it.

Did you get the new SS format? It doesn't look like it - the newer one's have an orange background at the top with some standard stuff - type of insulin, protocol, etc. Marje set a lot of them up for 2020...I was using the old format before that.....just FYI.

For sure. I will wait to see what happens tonight before considering an increase.

I’m not going to switch my spreadsheet because I have created a ton of additional tables and graphs that are linked to the spreadsheet the way I have it now. I think the only thing missing is the insulin and dose method which is described in my signature. If members are missing it though I can just insert the cells and add it in later.

I was so relieved to see -10C! It might even go up to 0 this week!!

Not too crazy when you’ve been at -40 with the windchill!! I’m looking forward to the spring already :)

I would be surprised if mowgli went much lower last night but I guess I’ll never know! He’s such a night tome secret keeper :P
