How do I change my SS link

I've noticed others link to spreadsheet is a shorter name where as mine is very long. I have limited space to add other info since it is so long. How do you change the SS link and keep it a usable link?

Type what you want the link to show up as- like mine say Socks' SS. After you type that, highlight it and then click on the far left icon (looks like a link). Type the actual link/url in the box and hit insert.

I noticed you have a shorter link now, but I just clicked on it and it says page not found. You may want to check and make sure the url you entered is correct.

thank you have been trying to figure it out. That worked. Now I can fix my signature.
