Good morning!
AMPS 59!!!! shooting 1.5u
He's back! Perhaps those few blues were a bounce from returning to the 50s after a week. Hopefully we don't see another one.

Boomer ate a wee bit overnight. And he's back to sleeping with us....on the cushy duvet at the end of the bed and also beside me.....he used to sleep beside me for a while every night and he stopped quite a few weeks ago.

On the agenda today....well it's supposed to be sunny so I will go out this morning and DH will be home with Boomer. Not much else going on; I refuse to go to any stores on a Saturday! Maybe I'll do some wrapping.

Asked DH to test at +2 while I was out and to give a bit of syrup if he dropped since DH likely wouldn't be able to get Boomer to eat.
+2 50 He said Boomer didn't take a lot of syrup but +3 is 81 lol

I will wait a couple of days (unless he earns an immediate reduction) and then I may give Boomer the reducie that he technically earned being in good numbers for 14 cycles but didn't get because he popped up to 131 the cycle I was going to reduce the dose.

DH is picking up more bupre. this morning as it is definitely making Boomer feel better. Question for my Canadian friends....do you know if we can purchase bupre at a pharmacy (with a prescription)? Buying it from Dr Larry is costing about $8 for each .2ml dose

It's 10:00 now and the sun is out:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: and I'm at home with Boomer so that DH can run errands.
Go figure! Boomer is just hitting the ground running today! I hope that syrup can boost him enough to allow him to surf safely for you. Good luck on finding a cheaper Bupre option. I'm so glad it's making Mr. Boomer feel better. Have a wonderful day Judy!

Oh Boomer! Surf safely young man...

Enjoy your day Judy! I don't mind the stores on Saturday - but I try to go super early and get it all gone and get home early too :)

Buprenorphine is a controlled substance. Not only do you need a prescription, at least in BC there is a special prescription book for it. I got my vet to send it to the compounding pharmacy where I got a chicken flavoured vial. Much cheaper and tastier.

I gave Boomer his reducie. PMPS 86 shooting 1.25u
I also had to give a mirtazapine. He only had a couple of bites of food at +6 and didn't eat anything at +9. I had to feed him a few bites at PMPS.

Hopefully Dr Larry would give me a prescription for it. I will inquire at a couple of nearby pharmacies. Thanks Wendy.

Come on Boomer, you have to eat!
Sorry you didn’t get to get out today. Hope you can find some cheaper Bupre. That could add up in a hurry!
I did get out but the light was not good and I didn't have a lot of time...had to get home to Boomer so DH could run errands. It's supposed to be sunny and milder tomorrow...I hope they're right this time!
