Updated scratches spreadsheet. I wasn't at home all day today so idk if she went super low today. Her bs pre pm shot is way low. Do I shoot?

Can you stall 15 minutes without feeding, and test again. That will tell you if she is going up, flat or down.

Have you selected a dosing method yet?

Yes working on getting to TR. Was doing slgs until she was off dry food. She's only been off dry food a couple of days so I don't really want to start anything else until I know what her sugar will do without all the dry. I stalled 15 and she went up to 170.

I'm also starting a new job next week so I'm trying to make her dosing schedule a couple hours earlier to fit in with my new schedule so this is really putting a damper on it haha I can't really stall much longer :(

You have shot 198 before. What do you feel about 170? Do you have plenty of test strips, high carb food, and can you monitor closely if needed tonight?

Yes I do. Should I shoot the whole dose? She has a tendency to dip low very fast and idk how low she went today bc I wasn't home to test. I'm thinking she went lowwww with numbers like this right now.

When you shoot lower numbers, the cycle tends to be flatter. If you shoot a reduced dose, the first part of the cycle will play out like you shot a full dose, due to the depot. This has to be your call. Are you ready? Delaying too much also acts a bit like a reduction. Also remember that you are not shooting her numbers now, but where they will be in a couple hours at onset.
