A surprising start for Melly this morning! I was so happy to see he was still coming up at +0.75 today. I left lots of turkey and giblets feast out and I hope he surfs safely!

I can’t lie. I really wish I could be at home and just focus on Mowgli’s diabetes and at the very least get him regulated ... but we all try our best with the cards we’re dealt I can say that he’s doing a lot better than he used to

Mowgli took all of your advice and decided to really work it today! he's 40 at +3 I fed 1.5 tsp HC... I will be testing in about 10mins ...here's hoping he comes up!

He's coming up, I will test at +5 and see if he's still coming up on his own, his nadir is typically +4/+5 so I was hoping that would come into play.

Yes I think I will reduce tomorrow since he had 3 tests under 50. But I would like to try shaving the dose I think... what do you think Wendy? I was thinking about giving 0.87u Mostly because I am pretty sure that the 1.25u depot is still at play from a few cycles ago and I actually think 0.75u is too low from the past few reductions to that point. Open to feedback

He spent an hour and a half below 50, so that's a clear statement about something. The depot influences 4-6 cycles after a reduction, towards the lower number in smaller doses. I would reduce for sure. You could try sneaking down the dose. It's almost the weekend.
