75.6 pmps (4.2) do I shoot

Fifi is eating nOw but do i shoot or not. Confused.
It's a shame you did not stall, not feed and test again.
Next time this happens, stall, don't feed and post and ask for help and test again in 20 mins.
You have shot a 94 and a 99 before however you are still early in the journey and doing SLGS so I think I would skip with a 75.
I would not be able to stay up with you tonight if you did give insulin and most others are asleep at the moment.

yes but she has eaten and the number is food influenced.
I was just looking at your SS and you increased the dose yesterday.
I'm not sure why you did because you have been gettting green numbers in a few cycles.
With SLGS you do a curve after 7 days and then decide if you need to increase.
Even if you had been doing TR you would not have increased the dose with those green numbers.

Yes I was away for a few days and we dropped to .5 then was suggested when I’m back to go to .75. Anyhow between .5 and .75 is quite hard to decipher the correct dose on such a small needle. I haven’t given her anything tonight. I gourds I’ll just skip the dose.

Yes, sorry, I remember now you went away and and reduced the dose but I said to check the numbers before you increased.
Probably just a misunderstanding...but as you got a 79 yesterday morning, you should have stayed with the 0.5 longer to see how she went. You don't increase when you are getting greens..
I would go back to the 0.5 units and see how she goes. She will probably be higher for a day with the depot draining a bit.

I hesitate to say shoot now because the number is food imfluenced and I can't stay up much longer and she could potentially drop lower especially since the increase in dose.

No worries. All good

Nikki -- did you shoot? If you skipped the shot, can you delete the dose information for your PMPS? When you have a # in the column, it implies you gave a shot. You can put NS (no shot) or skip or put a dashed line in that cell. Pretty much anything but a number will let us know you skipped.
