Good morning,
Ti-Mousse is playing so much since a few days; he comes to get me to play with him, just like a dog! Hope it keeps on like that! He's BLUE since yesterday, that's OK; he might go for some GREENS tomorrow; we'll see how he feels!

Busy day today: BIL coming with a friend (blueburry pie in the oven), have to get some other food for Zoé that she might like better and DH will do winter tires (no snow yet but it's coming soon)! Refreshing weather this morning, 30F!:)

Can you share what food you are going to buy for Zoe?

Glad to see Ti-Mousse is playing and feeling good. Blue is GREAT, and green will come in time.

Awww! Thanks! Yes, it was a late night, but I am happy that Phoebe Squeak is safe. And my hubby's recovery continues to go well. Thanks for all the good thoughts!

What a day... but I managed to do everything! Pleasant visit of BIL with his very nice friend!
Zoe is very fussy, Ti-Mousse will eat anything but not her! With CKD the best is low P but the main thing is TO EAT. When her brother was dx ckd, I made a list of who liked what... so I went with that list even if P is not as low as I would like! I need her to stop losing weight and eat well; if necessary we'll use phosphate binders :) Unfortunately we don't have much choice compare to all what you have in the States... :(

And my Ti-Mousse is going down, so watching him tonight!

I hope Ti-Mousse is staying safe and that your not up all night long.
When you have some spare time can you explain more to me. I'm not that educated on CKD....are phosphate binders something like a Pill that blocks absorbtion of phosphates?
And if you can,what brand names are good for CKD? My vet recommended K/D, but high in carbs and I think too low in protein!
Are you able to order foods from the US?
Sending healing vines to Zoe. I hope and pray that she can stay strong and that her kidney values come down. :bighug:...wishing there was a pill to treat CKD that could lower the bun and creatinine levels.
