Yesterday. Caber Yr 2 Day 20

I gave unearned reducie for couple of reasons. Tomorrow I would not be able to take her to work If needed. Found out work is having a community open house Halloween. Not sure what it means except more people coming through the front desk where I am.

2nd with construction starting Monday not sure how often I will get to check her. 3rd my extraction really hurt last night, tylenol, ibuprofen isn't enough. Took 1/2 (2.5 mg) of hubbys oxy from his surgery and couldn't stay awake.

Today I need to get some more stuff out of the kitchen. Pack up Ollie's med stuff and find an easy access spot for them. See if I can get deck planters cleaned out, but that is something I can do when workman are here.

We have a daytime pickle but I might have ruined it. Her face doesn't look well and she is picking at her food so I tried unsuccessfully to put cerenia in the 8% food to try to get it in her. She kept eating the food and leaving the pill. Kept trying so she got quite a bit of the 8%.

How come I think I jumped the gun and decreased. Being it's only one dose so far I can go back tonight. After all this is where we want to be---day and night pickles. I just won't be around tomorrow.

I hope Ollie feels better now that she's eaten, even if it was higher carb than usual.
How's your mouth today? I hope it's better too. :bighug:

Yikes big week ahead for you! It sounds like you’ve made a Good strategy going forward and it looks like Olive is doing well on your new dose, especially considering the 8% :)

good luck with ‘Halloween Day’ (random :P) and the construction! I just can’t wait to see the finished product :D

One nice thing happened. When we moved here we put in a new mailbox. Husband had old one in shed all this time. So he was now going to get rid of it. So I asked if it was possible to make a hole in the door and turn it into a birdhouse. And put it up in our triangle garden that has to much shade so flowers won't grow and where I have 3 previous kitties ashes. Or would birdhouse be to close to ground. Husband has been working on it. Have to dig hole deeper to make out sturdy. Might be to late this year for birds, but next year maybe one will move in.

Always best to err on the side of caution and if you're not feeling well or if you don't know how often you'll be able to test during construction, it's best to reduce.
Nice numbers today! I hope she is feeling better.

I agree with the early reducie! Last thing you need with all this going on is a bunch of pickles...and they sure know how to throw them out when you've got big plans or chaos! I'm stunned to hear you're cleaning out deck planters one day after having that tooth pulled! You should be putting your feet up and resting...I hope you got some rest...I feel your pain...having been there - well not the extraction - but that crown extension was no lightweight thing...:arghh::arghh: or I'm just a whimp...I took the day or two off after that I think..no cleaning out pots or anything else after that...take a beat Paula!

Give Ollie some scritches for us :) Glad DH was able to see clear to make the mailbox into a bird house - how cute that will be.

What a great idea!! My dad used to use a 5gallon pale filled with quick mix cement for projects like that, for a bird house maybe 2.5gal would be enough and then You can set the birdhouse in it and then bury it. Just a thought!

I'll let hubby figure it out. It will keep him busy.

The worst part of the tooth is the 2 novacaine needles. That's what I'm feeling today. That last extraction didn't hurt like this though. I did more boxing today and getting some of the cat excess stuff out, pictures off the walls.

Ollie not interested in dinner, yet. It might be because I tried to hide cerenia in earlier food. I gave her subqs so hopefully she will perk up.

On a whim I posted my kitchen cabinets on Marketplace for free. 3 people are interested. One even wants the counter top.
