That was a month ago, I am way behind on her spreadsheet hoping to get back on track or may just give up altogether, nothing seems to make a difference.

Oh please don't give up...

And if it's too much of a hurdle, just put a note in your SS and say something like - will add numbers later, etc.

We all get overwhelmed from time to time...try to move forward and let's see what we can do to help you get that AMPS number down next time...

Just post today's numbers and let's go from there... Since it's late for me I'm going to tag some of the others who might be able to give you some inspiration/suggestions.
