Day 14 @ 2.75 Units Lantus

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this passage......My Nephew, My Sister's Child, Passed Away Yesterday. He recently had "3" open heart surgeries, very extensive surgeries, and he was on the road to recovery, the hospital was going to release him next week to a recovery facility, but he did not make it and he passed away late yesterday afternoon while sitting in his hospital bed talking to my sister. It's like a bad dream, but we are all awake.

Please, if you can, send all prayers to my sister, my brother-in law and my youngest nephew who have suffered a great lost. Thank you!

Oh Debra...that is heartbreaking! Please pass along our heartfelt prayers for them ... there's nothing like the loss of a child. I'm so very sorry.
 
Debra, I was worried when I didn't see you around, but wasn't thinking it was for this reason. I am so very sorry for you and your sister and entire family. What a sad loss - My heart breaks for all of you. It seems to always hurt more when a young person passes. I'll be holding on tighter to my own two nephews. Love to you dear woman.

Oh Debra this is completely devastating. I'm so so sorry, what a horrible shock for you and your family. Our deepest condolences.
