Hi dear Beans and lovely kitties (some DO read our posts). It's a pretty day here - 60s. Tina feels very good this morning. Several times yesterday, she did something impressive - an act or expression; she's my therapist:cat:
Then last night, she went by herself, telling none of the civvies, to the extremely special Full Hunter's Moon party. The spirit she brought back has graced all of us here at home:)
This morning, I caught her grooming the Springer Spaniel, and sure wish I could have gotten a picture. But right before I left for a walk with the dog, I caught her and Hobbes in a loving embrace.

It is so odd, how when coming to accept the uncomfortable, this cat does something funny to cheer me up. Those fluids are like magic - she just chased a civvie girl that she used to like to pick on at times. This shouldn't make me happy - but she's stalking right now, after getting a little nipped on her cigar (catnip). She's playing tough kitty.

I just love when the animal’s snuggle! Once I caught Forrest , GA grooming our dog Lucy. At first , Lucy didn’t know what to make of it , but then she just surrendered and flipped onto her back to let Forrest do her belly, LOL

Tina’s depot should be getting full again after that FS . I’ll be interested to see what she does tonight. :D

Don't you wish you had Forrest and Lucy on video? I can just picture how adorable that was. My dog has always been around cats. He even lets them sleep in his kennel - he's 45 pounds, and see's the cats as little lions to be careful with:)
I hope Tina decides to keep me on my toes very soon with some lower numbers!

I do have it on video! I’ll have to find it and post.

Awwwe...... Tina and Hobbes are precious.

So great to hear that Tina is acting and feeling better.

Glad you are feeling better with less pain:bighug:

It's amazing the difference one day can make. Life can be an emotional roller coaster, but having support makes a huge difference. It's great to not feel alone. And I'm enjoying seeing so well. Scritches for precious Yoyo. Tina just sent him eye squints!

Jan, does Tina like the Vet's Best Hairball pill? It's like crack for LT; tries to get into the bottle. He's so addicted, it's my go to if he's being picky about his food.

Great pic Tina. One of my civvies. Fred, gets to come in and spend the night inside and he and LT will snuggle in the laundry basket. Now the other civvie, Jake, that's another story. Jake comes in once the temps drop really low and the 3 of them have a pow-wow to decide who gets to live.
Oh, I'd love to see Fred and LT snuggling. Fred, and my civvie, Al, have funny cat names;) Al is my house rascal, a red (tan) and white boy.

LT is such an appreciative little boy! Tina makes me crush and mix in her food. Same for a civvie who it has helped. I did buy some FoodFurLife EZ Egg yolk also. Then I ended up leaving it outside the refrigerator for a few hours. I put it back up, but quit using just in case I ruined it. I'm getting more. It cost about 25 when adding shipping. Turns out it ships from right here in the DFW metroplex and it took 4-5 days to get here.
The reputed benefits: Aids in hairball prevention, Supports healthy skin and shiny coat, supports healthy cognitive function, helps prevent dementia in aging pets, benefits gastrointestinal motility. I was giving to all my cats . . . all my civvies are 11.

Always love what you have to say, Jan :) I find it very fun and relaxing at the same time! Give some pets for brave Tina and handsome Hobbes for me!
Crista, that is so kind of you! I am about to go relax on the couch and will give pets from you, and the too-handsome Ming:cat: I think it's great you are a vet tech. I hope you can teach those people a lot about FD :D

Thank you! I'm not a vet tech (yet or maybe I'll go to human nursing school.. who knows!) but a vet assistant. And yes! I'm so grateful for the vets that I work with and how open they are about learning about FD. We've even started using the FreeStyle Libre with a few patients now and was privileged to be the one to help facilitate that.

I knew your experience might be helpful. Keep at it. Human or animal doctor? Could be a tough choice, but try to love what you do above all else, love mom. LOL!

Tina has a marvelous SS! I'm truly in awe of her numbers and consistency. Can she pass along some tips to my boys!
Tina is lucky I found help and guidelines here, when I did. I was winging it and using intuition, because I was not getting the help I needed from the vet. I read a lot here before finally joining. The second bit of luck was that she didn't bounce much from lower numbers. Tina is easy!
Ittle and Moey are lucky to have you - they just need some time to get their little bodies used to nice lower numbers:cat::cat:
